Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field.
• 5+ years in content operations, marketing operations, content governance, DAM, or related regulated environments.
• Experience supporting Regulatory, Medical, Compliance, Legal, or Quality review processes.
• Experience managing content workflows, platforms, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with CMS, DAM platforms, workflow tools, and PM solutions.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state content workflows and establish standardized, scalable processes across the content lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end content and asset lifecycle processes, reducing manual effort and improving visibility.
• Partner with the Content Governance Manager to enhance governance standards and SOPs.
• Facilitate LRC review workflows and support submission readiness and cycle times.
• Serve as a consultative partner to content creators on processes, quality, and workflow best practices.
• Lead Endoscopy content management and DAM processes, including taxonomy, metadata governance, and distribution.
• Monitor asset lifecycle activities, expiration tracking, retention, archival, and audit readiness.
• Develop inventories, dashboards, and reporting to improve asset status visibility and actions.
