Job summary

CSU Stanislaus is seeking a student assistant to support Strategic Communications & Marketing. You will work with the Web Services Team to maintain the university site, edit the Drupal pages, and create web forms. Training will be provided for Drupal questions and accessibility updates.

The role requires basic HTML/CSS knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple web tasks while coordinating with campus departments. This is a temporary, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Undergraduate student must be enrolled in six units.
• Experience with content management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the university website through the Web Services Team.
• Edit pages on csustan.edu Drupal site and post images.
• Assist with web accessibility updates and remediation.
• Build simple website forms using MS Forms and handle work orders.
• Communicate site changes with university departments.
