Estoras Group of Companies seeks a contractor to lead a Drupal migration to a new headless CMS for a nonprofit client. This remote role requires strong delivery discipline and clear, concise documentation, with English as the primary language and French as a strong asset.

You will plan migration, preserve bilingual relationships and metadata, examine taxonomy, and validate redirects before launch, working with client teams across regions.

Formación

• 5 to 10 years of experience in content migration.
• Experience migrating Drupal content to a headless CMS.
• Available within a month; remote Canada/USA eligibility.

This is a remote position. Archive is assembling a team to build a bilingual digital platform for a non-profit organization.

Role Overview

Archive leads technical delivery and handover. The client's internal team leads product, business project management, UX/design, and English/French content. All candidates should demonstrate relevant delivery experience, collaborative working and clear documentation. Nonprofit or education experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the migration from Drupal to the new headless CMS using content prepared by the client.
• Preserve bilingual relationships, metadata, media, links and redirects, and reconcile migrated content before launch.
• Examine taxonomy, bilingual relationships, accessibility attributes and URL redirect mapping.

Requirements

• Drupal content extraction and migration into structured content platforms.
• Content mapping, transformation scripts, media transfer and repeatable trial migrations.
• Taxonomy, bilingual relationships, accessibility attributes and URL redirect mapping.
• Reconciliation, exception reporting, validation and cut-over/rollback planning.
• 5 to 10 year experience, Required within a month, Canada location, Work remotely, Position to remain open till filled
• Prefer contractor located in Canada or the USA.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English, huge asset if you are also fluent in spoken and written French.
• Client is on the East Coast of Canada so must be available during standard EST business hours.

Location: Canada (remote). Position will remain open until filled. Must be available within a month.
