HSO is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead and craft high-quality content across campaigns, web, email, social media, and customer stories. You will own the U.S. social content calendar, with a focus on LinkedIn engagement and demand-gen alignment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or comms.
• Portfolio showing multi-format B2B content across channels.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for business audiences.

• Create and edit high-quality content across campaigns, web, email, social media, customer stories, thought leadership, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Own and manage the day-to-day U.S. social content calendar, with emphasis on LinkedIn engagement.
• Develop content supporting demand gen, ABM, customer growth, and Microsoft alliance programs.
• Interview executives, subject-matter experts, customers, and partners to uncover insights.
• Build executive thought leadership and social content with authentic voice.
• Partner with teams to translate complex topics into market-facing narratives.
• Repurpose long-form content into articles, social posts, emails, and campaign copy.
• Support customer storytelling and case studies with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research while maintaining editorial standards.
