Job summary

Toolio is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own how its content reaches retail planners, merchants and executives. You’ll manage the content calendar, turn each piece into assets, and ensure distribution across LinkedIn, email, and the newsletter.

You’ll work with the Head of Marketing to shape campaigns, spot gaps, and ship a high volume of quality content quickly. You’ll leverage AI tools and measure performance to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing or content operations, ideally in a SaaS setting.
• Portfolio of written or repurposed content across multiple channels.
• Strong writing and editing skills adaptable to different formats.

Responsibilities

• Turn each new piece of content into downstream assets: LinkedIn posts, emails, newsletters and snippets.
• Own the content calendar and distribution across LinkedIn, email and newsletters.
• Manage and organize the content library for easy reuse by sales and teams.
• Spot gaps in the calendar and library, proposing topics and formats to keep the pipeline active.
