Perceptyx is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead editorial strategy for employee experience insights. You will own the blog, research reports, guidebooks, and web content, leveraging AI-assisted production while preserving brand voice.

You will work with SMEs to transform data into narrative-driven content that engages CHROs and business leaders, aligning with our thought leadership and pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing or editorial, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Ability to turn dry data or complex HR concepts into engaging content for digital audiences.
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals to drive authoritative content.
• Hands-on experience building AI prompt libraries and workflows to speed up drafts.
• Systems mindset: editorial workflows, content audits, and repurposing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic content architecture across priority industries and personas.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to optimize for SEO/AEO and AI-driven search.
• Drive AI integration in editorial workflows while maintaining brand voice and integrity.
