We're currently searching for an experienced content manager to create and implement client content strategies, including development and writing across multiple channels and platforms to drive awareness, engagement, traffic, brand storytelling, and conversions.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your career working with US-based clients and collaborating with industry experts. Work remotely from your home. This is a full-time, fully remote position based on the EST (PST) time zone.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, the Content Manager leads the execution of client content strategies, including development and content creation across digital channels such as web, social media, video, email, blogs, and newsletters. The role involves editing content for diverse audiences, analyzing performance metrics, and making strategic adjustments to optimize results. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential for campaign execution and content development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration
    • Coordinate with developers on website tickets, providing assets and clarification
    • Work with SEO and paid media agencies to implement strategies and review content
    • Support franchisee requests related to website and search visibility issues
    • Align project goals with stakeholders and partners
  • Content Development & Management
    • Upload and manage content in CMS for landing pages, blogs, and updates
    • Perform QA on staging environments to verify layout, links, responsiveness, and content accuracy
    • Collaborate using Figma for landing page design and content input
  • Ticket & Workflow Management
    • Create Jira tickets for development requests
    • Monitor and follow up on tickets for timely completion
    • Manage content tasks in Wrike
  • Testing & Optimization
    • Design and analyze A/B tests to improve engagement
    • Report insights based on test results
  • Analytics & Tag Management
    • Set up GA4 tags and triggers as needed
    • Create GA4 reports and extract data upon request
  • Internal Communications
    • Draft communications and guides for new features or tools
    • Maintain clear and consistent messaging aligned with operational goals

Qualifications
