Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Content Manager to support a government customer in Quantico, VA. Responsibilities include populating and maintaining After Action Reports, briefings, newsletters, and other critical documents while ensuring information quality on secure networks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or related field (or substantial experience), a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance, strong governance skills for SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 suite, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field; education may be substituted with greater experience and/or certifications.
• Derivative classification, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
• At least five (5) years of military experience; Marine Corps experience highly desired.
• Experience as SharePoint administrator and user governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/365 products including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc.
• Ability to review and edit reports to maintain high-quality information.

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC has a potential need for a Content Manager to provide support for our government customer in Quantico, VA.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Populate and maintain After Action Reports, briefings, newsletters, and other documents while preserving quality control of information by using passive and active means on unclassified and classified networks.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree or related field. Education may be substituted with greater experience and/or certifications.
• Derivative classification, Microsoft 365 Certified : Fundamentals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least five (5) years of military experience. Experience with the Marine Corps is highly desired.
• Experience as SharePoint administrator and user governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/365 products including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc.
• Ability to review and edit reports as needed to maintain high-quality information.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with tagging strategy/taxonomy management, process design, dictionary development and metadata.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Developer Associate.
• Power Automate Certifications

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
