White Circle is seeking a Content Lead to simplify AI safety topics into clear, compelling stories. You will own content end-to-end, from discovery to publication, and tailor messaging for a technical audience to build trust and drive product adoption.

You’ll collaborate with product and design to shape voice, craft case studies, and create launch narratives for new initiatives. If you thrive writing deeply technical content, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writer with ability to convey complex AI safety topics clearly.
• 5+ years in a similar content/lead role or equivalent.
• Strong editorial judgment for shaping narratives and assets.
• Experience creating content for technical audiences (AI/tech).
• Fluent English with strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to independently identify publish-worthy stories and topics.

Responsabilités

• Own White Circle's content vision and editorial direction.
• Turn conversations into case studies, stories, and reference materials.
• Write and publish long-form content across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, and website.
• Explain AI safety, governance, and reliability to varied audiences.
• Create launch narratives for products, features, and research initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and other teams to align messaging and cadence.
• Maintain a consistent public voice across channels and events.
• Develop repeatable content creation, publication, and distribution processes.
• Experiment with formats, channels, and ways to reach technical audiences.
