Job summary

White Circle is seeking a senior content writer/editor to own our content vision and editorial direction for an AI-safety platform. You will translate complex topics into clear narratives for technical and general audiences and publish across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, and our website.

You will develop technical and non-technical content explaining AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability, and craft launch narratives for new products and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writer with ability to explain complex topics clearly without oversimplifying.
• Experience creating content for technical audiences (AI, safety, governance, or reliability).
• Proven ability to publish across multiple channels (Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, website).
• Track record of building an audience through writing and content programs.

Responsibilities

• Own White Circle's content vision and editorial direction.
• Turn customer conversations into case studies, stories, and reference materials.
• Write and publish long-form content across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, and our website.
• Develop technical and non-technical content explaining AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability.
• Create launch narratives for new products, features, and research initiatives.
• Partner closely with product and supporting wider business teams.
• Help founders maintain a consistent public voice across channels.
• Build repeatable processes for content creation, publication, and distribution.
• Experiment with new formats, channels, and ways of reaching technical audience.
