Icertis Inc. is seeking a content-focused storyteller to develop audience-first content that strengthens the Icertis brand and cements its position in contract intelligence and enterprise AI.

You will translate complex topics into engaging stories across media, from research and thought leadership to social content, video series, reports, and ebooks. Qualifications

• 3+ years in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or communications, preferably B2B.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing content across multiple formats, including blogs and long-form content.
• Strong understanding of how content changes by channel and audience.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams on visual storytelling and video content.
• Curiosity about AI and using AI tools to improve content development.
• Baseline understanding of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact, top-of-funnel content to build awareness, engagement, and market authority.
• Create and manage content across traditional and emerging formats and channels.
• Partner with subject matter experts and executives to translate expertise into accessible content.
• Use audience insights, search trends, social listening, and performance data to identify engaging topics/formats.
• Optimize content for traditional search and AI-powered discovery and answer engines.
• Repurpose strong ideas across channels to avoid one-off assets.
• Use AI and other tools to accelerate research, ideation, and production while preserving quality.
• Measure content performance and refine strategy based on audience resonance.
