Job summary

Amplitude is looking for a Content Lead to shape how we tell our story as we build the leading AI analytics platform. This is a player‑coach opportunity where you’ll lead our content strategy and team while staying hands‑on in the work, from developing high‑impact narratives and editorial direction to writing, editing, and bringing ideas to life across channels.

You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and company leaders to turn complex ideas

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content, editorial, content marketing, or brand storytelling in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Experience leading or mentoring content professionals and developing talent.
• Portfolio demonstrating writing, editing, and storytelling across formats.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to build content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Set content strategy and editorial direction across channels and audiences.
• Lead and develop the content team as a player‑coach while staying hands‑on.
• Create and elevate content including thought leadership, customer stories, and campaigns.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into compelling narratives.
• Build a modern, scalable content engine using AI while maintaining quality.
