Titan is looking for a Content Lead to build and run our content engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and the weekly newsletter, webinars, and short-form video. You set the strategy, create franchises, write and produce most content with AI, and own the outcome: a brand trusted by tech professionals with equity compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in writing or content marketing, incl. 2+ as reporter/editor/staff writer.
• Able to grow and defend an audience across multiple platforms.
• Created named, recurring formats that increased brand engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build content franchises with 2–3 recurring formats (weekly column, webinars, video series).
• Own strategy and calendar; align topics across equity, tax, planning content.
• Manage all channels: LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube with credibility.
• Grow newsletter and webinars into lead engines; produce end-to-end sessions and repurpose content.
• Ensure compliance in client stories and public claims under SEC rules.
• Support sales with explainers, objections, and client stories to close deals.
• Measure brand health on reach, followers, engagement, and sentiment; justify hires with data.
