Thomas Talent Network, LLC is recruiting a Social Media & Content Lead for an AI insurance software startup. You will own planning, creation, publishing, and community engagement across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels, turning complex topics into clear, human stories.

Qualifications

2–6+ years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
Experience in a startup (Series A–D) preferred.
Background in B2B SaaS or AI is a strong plus.
Ability to distill complex topics into clear content.
Crisp, human writing style; not AI-generated.
Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration.
Proficiency with video editing and design tools.

Responsibilities

Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and others.
Plan, draft, schedule, and publish daily or weekly content.
Collaborate with Marketing Lead on campaigns, updates, events, thought leadership.
Research competitors and trends to keep content sharp.
Edit and publish short-form video (YouTube Shorts).
Engage with the community: respond to comments and DMs.
Analyze performance metrics and iterate for better reach.
Support content for paid social campaigns.
Contribute ideas for formats, hooks, scripts, and angles.
