Job summary

Tomoji, a fast-growing AI-native content agency in Boston, is seeking a dedicated content lead to own content and client relationships for top tech founders. You will learn clients’ products and stories, turning them into engaging X and LinkedIn posts using AI tools and your own judgment.

As an early member, you will shape our writing process and the tools the team uses, while writing extensively, talking with clients, and learning fast. A strong taste for quality and storytelling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Write X and LinkedIn posts for founders using our content OS and AI tools.
• Conduct live content interviews with clients to uncover ideas, opinions, and stories.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and keep accounts running smoothly.
• Become an expert on each client’s product, industry, and audience to write credibly.
• Provide feedback to improve our AI content system.

Tomoji is an AI-native content agency. We’re a small, fast-growing team building the operating system that turns context into attention. We write X and LinkedIn content for founders building some of the most exciting startups in tech.

Our clients are backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and Greylock, and angels like Paul Graham and Jeff Dean. You’ll get a front-row seat to what incredible founders are building at the forefront of technology. Work with them directly, learn how they think, and help shape their brands.

The role

We're hiring one of our first dedicated content leads. You'll own content and client relationships for some of the top tech founders: learning their product, finding their stories, and turning them into posts people actually want to read.

You'll use AI as a core part of how you write. But AI only gets you 80% there. Your taste is what takes posts from good to great.

This is a hands on role. You'll write a lot, talk to clients a lot, and learn fast. As one of our first content leads, you'll help shape our writing process and the tools the team uses.

• Write X and LinkedIn posts for founders, using our content OS and AI tools and your own judgment
• Run live content interviews with clients to pull out their best ideas, opinions, and stories
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and keep accounts running smoothly
• Become an expert on each client's product, industry, and audience so you can write about them credibly

What we’re looking for

You'll do well here if you:

• Write clearly and well, and care about getting it right
• Already spend time on X or LinkedIn, and know what a good post looks like
• Follow startups, AI, and tech because you find them interesting
• Learn new topics fast, including technical ones
• Are self-driven: you notice ideas and act on them without being asked
• Have a technical background, or are comfortable talking with engineers about what they're building
