TwinMind AI, Inc. is hiring a Social Media Manager to own our presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You’ll translate complex AI into clear stories, build a strong brand voice, and drive growth through engaged audiences and signups.

You will craft narratives, publish high‑performing content, run experiments, and collaborate with Product Marketing, PR, Growth, and Support. Join a small team with big ownership and a focus on truthful, privacy‑respecting communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing social for tech/consumer products with measurable results.
• Strong storytelling, hooks, and concise CTAs.
• Hands-on editing with CapCut/Descript/Premiere and basic design tools.
• Data-driven with UTMs, cohort views, and social analytics.
• Clear communicator capable of collaborating with founders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy & calendar: narratives, content pillars, weekly cadences, campaign timelines.
• Create and publish high-performing content: short video, carousels, threads, thumbnails, captions.
• Run experiments: A/B hooks, formats, posting times, CTAs to optimize metrics.
• Manage community: replies/DMs, founder amplification, influencer relationships, UGC programs.
• Collaborate on launches with Product Marketing and coordinate with PR/Growth/Support.
• Build creator/influencer pipeline: outreach, briefs, whitelisting, performance reporting.
• Maintain brand voice & guardrails for AI claims, privacy, accuracy; handle light crisis comms.
• Report weekly metrics and insights; turn data into actions.
• Spin up playbooks: templates for threads, scripts, carousels, community responses.
