You set the strategy, you create the franchises, you write and produce most of it yourself with AI, and you own the outcome: a brand that tech professionals with equity comp recognize and trust, measured in reach, audience, and reputation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in writing or content marketing, including roles in media or fintech.
• Proven ability to create and grow recurring content franchises.
• Experience using AI tools to augment weekly output.

Responsibilities

• Build content franchises: launch recurring formats across channels.
• Own strategy and calendar: align messaging and assets for five channels.
• Run every channel: LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Grow the newsletter and webinars into lead engines.
• Ensure compliance: fast, clear review for public claims.
• Enable sales: provide explainers and client stories to close deals.
• Measure and scale: maintain brand dashboard and justify hires.
