Job summary

Avoca is hiring its first dedicated Content Lead to build the content function from the ground up. You’ll own how we earn attention, shaping stories, customer outcomes, and research that influence the home services market.

This role is hands-on, reporting to the Head of Growth, and collaborates with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales. You’ll drive strategy, interview customers and experts, and turn Avoca’s data into compelling content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, organic growth, or a related role.
• Portfolio of work showing content programs that generate traffic, conversions, and pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, AI search, and content discovery.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Avoca’s content strategy and topics.
• Grow visibility across Google and AI search and authoritative sources.
• Lead end-to-end content program: research, interview, write, edit.
• Turn assets into demand-generation campaigns across channels.
• Define and track performance across search visibility and pipeline.
• Build AI-first workflows to speed up creation without sacrificing quality.
