Avocado Green Brands is seeking an Associate Director of Content & Search Growth to lead a high‑impact content and SEO program. This role blends hands‑on writing with strategy, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating with design, UX, and sourcing teams to grow organic revenue.

You will build a new authority content platform, optimize product and category copy, and own AI visibility across search and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of content, SEO, or copywriting experience.
• Exceptional writing ability within a brand voice.
• Ability to translate product specs into compelling copy and revenue impact.
• Experience with content programs and deciding what to work on.

Responsibilities

• Launch and own a new authority content platform on the main domain.
• Own copy for product detail pages, category pages, and landing pages.
• Own organic search strategy and AI visibility, including metrics and reporting.
• Turn product specs into credible narratives for search and journalists.
• Build and direct a freelance bench of writers.
