Job summary

Antithesis is seeking a Content Engineer to own docs and educational content for our platform and open-source projects. You’ll empower SWE and SRE users with clear guides and tutorials that explain how DST and PBT concepts apply in practice.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and customer-facing teams to identify documentation gaps, keep docs current with releases, and shape learning materials that reduce time-to-value for customers at our US-based office.

Qualifications

• A genuine love of writing and language with a distinctive voice.
• Experience writing developer-facing technical documentation like API references and SDK docs.
• Comfort reading and reasoning about code in at least one language.
• Ability to learn complex systems quickly and explain them clearly.
• Strong information architecture to treat docs as a system.

Responsibilities

• Add to and improve product docs – setup guides, tutorials, SDK material, best practices, and conceptual overviews.
• Create educational content: primers, how-to guides, annotated examples, onboarding materials.
• Collaborate with engineers and customer-facing teams to identify gaps and prioritize documentation.
• Keep documentation current with releases and flag content needing engineer review.
