Job summary

Pantheon’s WebOps Platform powers the open web, serving 300,000+ sites. You’ll be the first engineer in a product early life, defining the discipline as you build it.

You’ll work with agency partners and direct customers to create materials, reference implementations, and reusable kits for integrations. The role blends writing and coding, with initial emphasis on guides and documentation, growing to include patterns and reference implementations as the project matures.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and coding skills for documentation, guides, and reference implementations.
• Experience building integrations, connectors, and adapters.
• Ability to generalize one-off solutions into reusable kits for future clients.

Responsibilities

• Scope enablement needs per implementation with the sales engineer and client.
• Write documentation and guides that are clear and tested.
• Build reference implementations and example widgets with real integrations built in.
• Build connectors and adapters for multiple vendors.
• Create build scripts and AI skills to automate repetitive tasks.
• Generalize from one-off to reusable solutions for future clients.
• Provide feedback to product based on recurring needs and potential features.
