Job summary

Antithesis in Northern Virginia is looking for a Content Engineer to work on docs and educational content for DST and PBT, helping software engineers, SREs, and support teams use the platform effectively.

This high-ownership role focuses on adding and improving product docs, primers, onboarding materials, and educating customers as the product evolves. Collaboration and clear writing are essential.

Qualifications

• A genuine love of writing and language with a distinctive voice.
• Experience writing developer-facing technical documentation.
• Ability to read and reason about code in at least one language.
• Able to learn complex systems quickly and explain them clearly.
• Strong information architecture instincts for docs as a system.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity at an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Add to and improve product docs – setup guides, tutorials, SDK material, best practices.
• Create educational content: primers, how-to guides, examples, onboarding materials.
• Collaborate with engineers and customer-facing teams to identify gaps and prioritize docs.
• Keep documentation current as the product ships and releases occur.
