Job summary

Harness, the AI Software Delivery Platform leader, is seeking an evangelist who designs real-world use cases and builds them inside the Harness platform. You will own shoots, from capture to final content, and demonstrate how Harness AI capabilities map to a practitioner’s workflow.

You’ll blend technical judgment with creative storytelling—executing with remote or in-person shoots and shaping content that resonates with developers and platform engineers across the field.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on fluency with Harness or a comparable CI/CD, IDP, or DevOps platform.
• A portfolio of technical content you’ve personally produced: concept, execution, and camera/edit.
• Comfort operating your own recording setup, remote or in-person.
• The instincts of a practitioner: you think like the audience and show friction honestly.
• Self-directed and productive: you spot the use case, build it, film it, and edit.

Responsibilities

• Design practical, realistic use cases inside Harness and build them end-to-end.
• Run shoots with technical practitioners, including Field CTOs, remote or in-person.
• Produce technical content around each use case: concept, execution, final piece.
• Evangelize Harness AI capabilities (CI, CD, IDP, security, AI cost) to fit real workflows.
• Collaborate with production to sharpen craft and delivery while owning technical substance.
• Pitch and pilot new formats and hooks on your own initiative.
• Let performance data guide what you build next, based on watch time and viewers.
