Job summary

Harness is seeking a Content Producer who will design realistic Harness use cases and build them end to end within the platform. You will run shoots, produce technical content, and evangelize AI capabilities to align with practitioner workflows.

You will operate your own recording setup, collaborating with Field CTOs and the production team to deliver compelling demos and tutorials for a technical audience.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on fluency with Harness or a comparable CI/CD, IDP, or DevOps platform.
• A portfolio of technical content you’ve personally produced.
• Comfort operating your own recording setup, remote or in-person.
• The instincts of a practitioner: design/use-case oriented content.
• Self‑directed and productive: you don’t wait for a brief.

Responsibilities

• Design practical, realistic use cases inside Harness and build them end to end.
• Run shoots with technical practitioners, including Field CTOs, and own recording execution.
• Produce technical content around each use case (concept, execution, final piece).
• Evangelize Harness AI capabilities in ways that map to a practitioner’s workflow.
• Partner with production, sharpen craft, and manage pacing and delivery.
• Pitch and pilot new formats and hooks on your own initiative.
• Let performance data steer what you build next (watch time, returning viewers).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Field CTOs and Product Marketing to align messaging.
