Job summary

Harness, the AI Software Delivery Platform, is seeking a Content Engineer to evangelize the Harness AI platform by building practical use cases inside the product and turning them into content for practitioners. You’ll run shoots and craft both video and written content end-to-end, partnering with production to ensure technical substance and engaging delivery.

This is a remote role within the U.S. with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

Deep, hands-on fluency with Harness or a comparable CI/CD, IDP, or DevOps platform.
A portfolio of technical content you've personally produced; links, not a reel.
Comfort operating your own recording setup, remote or in-person.
The instincts of a practitioner: design use cases with real friction.
Self-directed and productive: spot the use case, build it, film it.

Responsibilities

Design practical, realistic use cases inside Harness: end to end inside the product.
Run shoots with technical practitioners, including Field CTOs: capture the footage.
Produce technical content around each use case: concept, execution, final piece.
Evangelize Harness AI capabilities (CI, CD, IDP, security, AI cost) in real workflows.
Partner with production to sharpen craft: pacing, delivery, while owning the technical substance.
Pitch and pilot new formats and hooks on your own initiative.
Let performance data steer what you build next.
