Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, Journalism, or related field required. Associate’s considered with comparable experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or content development.
• Proven experience creating user-friendly documentation such as user guides, manuals, SOPs, or knowledge-based articles.
• Experience with SME-to-report translations and structured authoring tools (XML/DITA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical documentation including manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Translate complex information from engineers and subject matter experts into clear content.
• Review drawings, BOMs, specifications, and schematics to reflect current product design.
• Organize content and illustrations for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate document reviews, track revisions, and support controlled document processes.
• Prepare documentation for international markets using translation methods.
