Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Content Designer for a top telecommunications client. The role blends 60% communications modernization and 40% video content, focusing on writing, editing, and enhancing customer-facing communications across emails, SMS, CRM, and support content.

You will develop scripts, storyboards, and support articles, ensuring the brand voice is consistent while partnering with design, support content, and SMEs to simplify complex topics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional writing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with customer-facing content.
• Experience writing digital communications such as email, SMS, RCS, CRM, and automated-call messaging.
• Experience creating scripts and storyboards.
• Understanding of UX/product design principles and content design best practices.
• Ability to differentiate between copywriting and content design.
• Ability to maintain consistent brand voice, style, and tone across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and enhance customer-facing communications across channels.
• Develop and update scripts and storyboards for video content.
• Partner with Support Content, Journey, Design, SMEs to simplify complex topics.
• Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across digital content.
• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
