Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional writing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with customer-facing content.
• Experience writing digital communications such as email, SMS, RCS, CRM, and automated-call messaging.
• Experience creating scripts and storyboards.
• Understanding of UX/product design principles and content design best practices.
• Ability to differentiate between copywriting and content design.
• Ability to maintain consistent brand voice, style, and tone across platforms.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and pivot between multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Figma, and JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools such as Claude and Kiro.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and enhance customer-facing communications across emails, SMS, RCS, CRM, and automated-call messaging.
• Help transition existing communications into updated templates.
• Partner with Support Content, Journey, Design, SMEs, and other stakeholders to simplify complex topics and improve messaging.
• Develop and update scripts and storyboards for video content; collaborate with Design to produce videos and supporting articles.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone across digital communications, support articles, and video content.
• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
