Job summary

Expedia Group in Chicago is seeking a Content Designer III for Traveler Brands (XD) to shape product content across loyalty experiences. You’ll blend UX writing with storytelling to create clear, accessible content for onboarding, in-app education, and transactional flows.

You’ll audit and structure content, apply information architecture, and partner with product, research, and legal teams to improve traveler and partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience in UX writing, content audits, content mapping and modeling.
• 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX writer, or Content Strategist.
• Ability to audit, analyze, structure, and design content independently for user-focused product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design content solutions for onboarding, in-app education, transactional flows, and push notifications.
• Apply information architecture methods and UI frameworks to scalable content design.
• Audit, analyze, structure, and present compelling UX content throughout the product experience.
• Collaborate with product, research, and cross-functional teams to improve traveler experiences and resolve content bugs.
