Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Product Design, UX Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX Design.
• Experience translating product requirements into design strategy and delivering design solutions.
• Experience mapping customer journeys and informing design with user stories and personas.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience using design systems and shared component libraries for consistency.
• Experience leveraging emergent AI tools to streamline design workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content and Research teams.
• Strong attention to design and visual details.
• Knowledge of current design tools and software.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end product design work from concept to release.

Responsibilities
