Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in User Experience Design or related field.
• Experience translating product requirements into design strategy and delivering solutions.
• Experience mapping customer journeys and leveraging user stories and personas.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts to translate complex product needs into design concepts and roadmaps.
• Work with stakeholders to balance long-term strategy with design priorities.
• Create and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
