Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in UX, HCI, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in UX design or related field.
• Translating product requirements into design strategy and solutions.
• Mapping customer journeys using personas and user stories.
• Prototyping with wireframes, mockups, and interactive models.
• Leveraging design systems for consistency and velocity.
• Collaborating with diverse teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content and Research.
• Experience with AI tools to streamline design processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business and experience metrics and align roadmaps.
• Communicate vision clearly to stakeholders through visual storytelling.
