Expedia Group is seeking a senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences for travelers and partners. You will work with a cross-functional team to translate requirements into elegant UI strategies, ensure consistency via design systems, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

Based at Seattle HQ, this role requires strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Research, and a passion for user-centric innovation across devices and platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in User Experience Design.
• Experience translating product requirements into design strategy.
• Experience mapping customer journeys and using user stories and personas.
• Experience crafting wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience leveraging design systems for consistency and velocity.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content and Research.
• Ability to work through high levels of ambiguity.
• Strong attention to design and visual detail.
• Knowledge of current design tools and software.
• A portfolio showing design skills across a product life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative efforts to define and frame complex product concepts and generate compelling solutions.
• Negotiate priorities and contribute to building experience roadmaps for the team.
• Develop business metrics and experience success metrics and align them.
• Analyze research and test findings to identify novel insights from multiple data sources.
• Communicate vision to internal and external stakeholders through storytelling.
• Collaborate with external Business, Product and Engineering stakeholders on requirements and deliverables.
• Leverage agentic design and prototyping tools to streamline design processes.
• Propose agentic tactics and features to drive cross-functional investments.
