Qualifications

• 5-7 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications, with lead-gen ownership.
• Proven track record driving traffic-to-lead, MQL/SQL, and revenue impact.
• Experience leading content teams and managing freelance resources.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and cross-channel distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and editorial calendar tied to demand-gen and pipeline goals.
• Design content-to-conversion pathways with gated assets, nurture tracks, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Lead and mentor the content team and freelance bench to scale content output.
• Build repeatable systems and AI-assisted processes for high-volume content production.
• Define and report on KPIs to inform investment and prioritization.
