Job summary

EnableComp in the United States seeks a Manager, Growth Marketing to own the demand generation engine and build scalable content for campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, and organic channels. You will create blogs, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content, coordinating with Product Marketing and SDR to ensure a aligned pipeline from first touch to qualified leads.

This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Marketing and collaborates with GTM, Event Marketing, and partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B.
• Healthcare or healthcare tech experience is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce).
• Strong writing skills for blog posts, emails, and landing pages.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Collaborates with technical GTM/RevOps functions without owning the full stack.
• Regular attendance and proficiency with office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels.
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals.
• Manage the demand generation budget and reallocate by channel performance.
• Own funnel content end-to-end: blogs, ebooks, landing pages, nurture emails.
• Ensure content reflects current positioning and messaging.
• Establish a scalable content calendar and production workflow.
• Build lead nurture programs and campaigns in HubSpot.
• Coordinate automation needs with the GTM Engineer without owning the stack.
• Monitor workflow issues and escalate infra issues to GTM Engineer.
• Partner on webinar/event promotion strategy and post-event lead nurture.
• Align campaigns with Product Marketing to reflect narrative and messaging.
• Collaborate with SDR on handoff, MQL quality, and tracking.
• Analyze data to optimize MQL volume and CPA.
• Stay current on AI marketing tools and new channels.
