Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Content Delivery, Marketing Operations, Digital Production, Creative Operations, Agency Management, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Brand and Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the market-facing content delivery partner to brand teams and translate business needs into production plans.
• Content Production and Delivery: Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of digital and print content.
• Content Operations and Asset Management: Enforce governance, metadata, and asset archival aligned to standards.
• Project and Work Management: Manage workflows and capacity using enterprise tools; maintain schedules and risks.
• Budget Stewardship: Oversee budget management for content services and vendor utilization.
• Operational Excellence and Transformation: Identify improvements and champion AI-enabled capabilities.
