Ellipsis is seeking a Content Manager to own end-to-end delivery for a growing portfolio of B2B and SaaS clients. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate strategy, writing, and production teams to ensure timely, on-brief content that meets high quality standards.

In this fast-paced role you’ll balance 70% client/project management with 30% hands-on production work, lead regular check-ins, and uphold rigorous editorial guidelines as the content machine scales.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a project management, client/account management, or similar role.
• Must have strong organizational and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to identify blockers and drive resolutions.
• Willingness to quickly learn B2B and SaaS topics.

Responsibilities

• Manage client, project and account management for a portfolio of clients (~70% of time).
• Oversee the end-to-end production process and ensure briefs are met.
• Be the main point of contact for clients and maintain relationships.
• Lead regular check-ins with stakeholders and present to clients.
• Perform final quality checks to ensure deliverables meet briefs and standards.
