• 4+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, working with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years eCommerce experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous optimization of digital content across retailer eCommerce sites, brand websites, social media, and AI-powered search experiences.
• Collaborate with Content Analysts, Brand Teams, Creative Production, and agency partners to translate insights into prioritized optimization roadmaps.
• Evaluate content performance using analytics, digital shelf metrics, consumer behaviors, search trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Manage optimization initiatives across multiple brands and retailers, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term strategy.
