Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, business development, or account management in e-commerce/tech.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Thai and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for Content Creator Management to drive growth and meet monthly, quarterly, and campaign targets.
• Implement and optimize incentives to maximize performance within budgets and ROI targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring operational excellence.
• Monitor performance through regular reporting and analysis; identify growth opportunities and gaps.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with regional teams to improve processes and deliver impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with top creators and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
