Job summary

Menlo Ventures is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Operations professional in San Francisco to drive growth across affiliate channels. You will manage partnerships, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to meet revenue and KPI targets.

You will build relationships with affiliates, develop incentive programs, and provide marketing resources to partners. Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of affiliate marketing experience with proven campaigns in ecommerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and ability to analyze campaign data with critical thinking.
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills for partner relationships.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms, tracking dashboards, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and project management skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s affiliate marketing channels, ensuring growth, compliance, and scalability.
• Monitor daily affiliate performance, ROI, and traffic to align with KPIs.
• Optimize campaign performance by analyzing and refining strategies.
• Drive affiliate growth by onboarding new affiliates and strengthening partnerships.
• Build relationships with affiliate partners through email, chat, calls, and monthly cadence.
• Develop initiatives like incentive/bonus programs and exclusive offers to boost performance.
• Provide affiliates with marketing resources, tools, and support to improve results.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new high-value affiliates, influencers, and partners.
• Develop relationships with agencies, content creators, and other networks to expand reach.
• Negotiate affiliate programs, commissions, and terms for mutual benefit.
• Maintain partnerships through regular communication and collaboration.
