Job summary

Rishabh RPO seeks a Content Coordinator in Newark, NJ to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of the audiobook catalog while supporting content delivery to millions of listeners.

You will manage production queues, gather production elements, track titles, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree, preferably in humanities.
• Minimum 1 year professional proofreading/copyediting experience.
• Minimum 1 year editorial/operations experience in audiobook or podcast publishing.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of database concepts and best practices.

Job Title: Content Coordinator

Location: Newark, NJ 07102

Duration: 9 months + contract

Rate: $31.50 hourly

Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

A team-oriented role focused on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of the audiobook catalog while supporting content delivery to millions of listeners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support production queue for internal/external audiobook providers
• Gather necessary elements for audiobook production
• Prioritize workflow based on stakeholder input
• Track titles through production queue
• Troubleshoot issues with various teams/external partners to ensure timely release

Catalog Maintenance

• Manage updates for existing products using content management systems and ONIX metadata
• Make and track changes to product records post-publication

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
