• 8+ years of experience in digital, marketing, content operations, marketing governance, or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale capability implementation or transformation.
• Experience working in Agile or sprint-based marketing environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business opportunities, challenges, and needs to inform capability investments and enhancements.
• Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
