# Associate Director, Content Capabilities LeadMerckNorth Wales, PAFull-TimeOct 02, 2026Marketing## Job Description**Job Description****Position Overview:** The **Associate Director, Content Capabilities Lead** serves as the business lead for content capabilities, driving their adoption, evolution, governance, and business value realization across the organization.The individual partners closely with operations, technology, and transformation stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, shape capability roadmaps, and ensure content capabilities evolve to meet business objectives, stakeholder needs, and future-state operating model requirements.As a key connector across CEI, US Content Op Model, OMM, Content Accelerator, and DHH, this individual drives alignment across the content capabilities ecosystem. They balance current business needs with long-term capability advancement while championing a culture of continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback, performance insights, and evolving business priorities.
