Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in marketing operations, content operations, digital production, or related fields.
• Experience leading direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing external agencies or managed service partners.
• Strong financial management and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to lead organizational change and drive execution through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centralized content delivery operating model across content creation, approval, production, publishing, and optimization.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Associate Directors overseeing content delivery within agile teams.
• Own performance management of outsourced centralized content delivery service with MSP partners.
• Establish and monitor metrics, SLAs, and feedback mechanisms to improve throughput and quality.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, capacity planning, budget management, and financial governance for content delivery.
• Partner with Content Capabilities, DHH, Tech Product Owners, and stakeholders to operationalize AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Build partnerships across CEI, Marketing, DHH, and Content Accelerator to align delivery with priorities.
• Ensure compliance, privacy, quality, promotional review, and documentation requirements in delivery operations.
• Lead service governance: performance reviews, escalation management, and continuous improvement with partners.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, demand management, and risk processes to align capacity with priorities.
