Job summary

Surya Inc. is seeking an Inbound Container Scheduler for our distribution center in Georgia.

This on-site, hourly/full-time role coordinates scheduling for inbound containers, drop/pick trailers, and live unloads, using WMS to manage daily/weekly appointments and communicate with dock and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is highly organized, and detail-oriented, with 1–2 years in warehousing/transportation scheduling and strong Excel/Outlook

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in warehousing/transportation with focus on scheduling and receipt.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Monitor inbound shipments and create the container schedule for drop/pick and live unloads.
Print and complete receiving sheets; set up expected unloads in WMS for the next day.
Open and close appointments for warehouse crews; verify variances.
