This role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 2+ years of full-cycle accounting, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. You will support month-end and year-end closes and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of general ledger or full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze account variances and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
