Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent with strong analytical skills.
• GAAP knowledge and ability to apply accounting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables for reporting.
• Experience or exposure to financial reporting and general ledger processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Process Accounts Payable: invoices, payments, wire transfers, and 1099 reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Assist with internal/external audits and regulatory reporting.
