Zusammenfassung

Manttle seeks a qualified General Ledger Accountant in the United States to own month-end close, GL reconciliations, and variance analyses. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA a plus) and at least five years of GL experience, with strong Excel/Access skills. Oracle R12 experience is preferred. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to impact tax and asset management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and database skills; Access experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interact with all levels of the organization.

• Oracle R12 financial application experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis.
• Monthly expense variance analysis.
• Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.
• Manage Fixed Assets.
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
• Property, sales and use tax and franchise tax returns.
• Oracle implementation team member.
• Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales operations, IT and legal.
