Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As a Contact Center Officer, you’ll provide outstanding service while helping members navigate their financial needs.

Member Service

• Deliver exceptional service by phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist members with account questions, transactions, and service requests.
• Resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Consumer Lending

• Guide members through consumer loan applications.
• Process and close loans accurately while maintaining compliance.
• Make lending decisions within established authority.

Relationship Building

• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that improve financial well-being.
• Build lasting relationships through trusted financial guidance.
• Support the continued growth of North Star Community Credit Union.

Operations

• Complete documentation and follow-up accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless member experience.

Salary Information
