• Assist members with account inquiries, products, and services.
• Open and maintain accounts, including remote account assistance.
• Process and disburse member loans.
• Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Support members with online financial services and general account access.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs.
• Maintain accurate records while adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Assist with branch operations, including phones, scanning, filing, and data entry.
